Refund and Returns Policy
Effective Date: 1st July 2025
At Bedzaar.pk, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality, original branded bedsheets and excellent service. However, due to the nature of our products and logistics, we do not offer general returns or refunds once an order has been shipped.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. No Returns on Shipped Items
We do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Dislike of fabric, color, or print after delivery
- Size or design confusion if correct product was sent
Once a product has been shipped and delivered in good condition, it cannot be returned.
2. Return Eligibility β Damaged or Wrong Item Only
You are eligible for a return or replacement only if:
- You receive a wrong item (different from your order)
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
In such cases, you must report the issue within the same day of receiving the parcel.
3. How to Report a Problem
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Report the issue via WhatsApp (+92 321 5737407) or email (support@bedzaar.pk) on the same day you receive the order.
- Share:
- Your Order Number
- A clear photo or video of the item (showing the defect or error)
- Your full name and contact info
If the issue is verified, we will arrange a return pickup or replacement depending on the case.
4. Refund Policy
We only offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The item is out of stock and cannot be replaced
- You received a defective or incorrect product and a replacement is not available
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer within 7β10 working days
No refund will be issued for:
- Delay in courier (beyond our control)
- Minor color differences due to screen lighting
- Customer’s change of mind after shipping
5. Order Cancellation
- You may request cancellation before the order is shipped
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled or refunded
6. Important Notes
- All return claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging for return to be accepted
- We reserve the right to reject any return request if it does not meet our terms
